Student Success Center Network
A Student Success Center is a statewide organization that supports community colleges’ efforts to increase student completion rates, primarily by implementing guided pathways. Sixteen Student Success Centers are part of the national Student Success Center Network, which is managed by Jobs for the Future. As part of a multiyear communications engagement, we conducted training related to strategic planning, building relationships with key audiences, and storytelling.
We presented two webinars for the Pathways Collaborative. The first addressed internal communications for institutional transformation, the second focused on accelerating engagement.
Every Hour Counts
Every Hour Counts, formerly the Collaborative for Building After-School Systems, is a coalition of citywide organizations that increase access to quality after-school programs. After we led the organization through a renaming and rebranding process, we crafted messages and trained coalition members to optimize their use of the new language. Several partners wanted more training, so we provided one-on-one communications support. A short time later, we provided group technical assistance to organizations that are new to the field.
Maintaining your brand is critical to building your organization’s profile and meeting your goals. For Business Roundtable, we provided training along with design standards and editorial style guides to help the entire team understand the organization’s brand and how to reinforce it in all aspects of their work.
